Steel Harbor publishes one original illustrated series at a time. We write the checklist, print the cards, and pack the boxes. What you receive is listed on the product page before you pay.
- Original artwork Signal Series cards use original harbor, circuit, and plate illustrations. No licensed characters, teams, or other publishers' marks.
- Documented contents Pack counts, card counts, and insert types are published on every product. If a box includes a numbered card, that is a contents spec — not a prize.
- US checkout Purchase through Shopify Checkout. Shipping, taxes, and payment methods are shown before you place the order.
- Clear returns Unopened product may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Opened packs and boxes are not returnable except for defect, wrong item, or damage in transit. No restocking fee.

Harbor Light inserts and numbered plates are packed according to production ratios printed on each product. A ratio is not a promise that any one pack or box will contain a specific card, unless that product listing states a box-level inclusion.
Year One chase structure:

- Circuit Map cards — base-set geography, not chase
Elite Box is the exception: each Elite Box includes one numbered card and one insert as packed contents.
The press

Steel Harbor started as a way to make original illustrated cards that feel like objects: paper, foil, a number in the corner, a checklist you can actually finish. We do not license other companies' characters or leagues. Signal Series is our own Harbor Circuit — a fictional coastal course drawn as maps, plates, and night-span inserts.
The hobby is the point. Opening a box should be about discovery, not about a promised dollar value. We publish what is in the box, how many packs you get, and the production ratios we packed to. Collect the set. Trade the extras. Keep the numbered plate if it finds you.
For collectors
Recommended 15+. Not a toy.
Signal Series products contain small cards and foil packaging. They are collectible paper products, not toys, and are recommended for ages 15 and up.
Cards are original Steel Harbor designs. Condition is new and factory-sealed unless a listing says otherwise. We do not grade cards, we do not guarantee third-party grades, and we do not sell these products as investments.

Before you open a box
What do I actually receive?
Each product page lists pack count, cards per pack, inserts, and whether a numbered card is included as boxed contents. You receive factory-sealed Steel Harbor Signal Series product as described.
Are these licensed sports or character cards?
No. Signal Series is an original Steel Harbor illustrated set. It is not affiliated with any sports league, character franchise, or other card publisher.
Do you guarantee a rare card or a grade?
No. We do not guarantee dollar value, third-party grades, or that every pack contains a chase card. Production ratios are printed on the product page.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States. Handling time is 1–3 business days. Standard transit to the contiguous US is 3–7 business days after shipment (estimated total delivery 4–10 business days). Standard shipping is $6.99, or free on orders of $75.00 or more. Alaska and Hawaii are $14.99.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, factory-sealed product may be returned for any reason, including change of mind, within 30 days of delivery. Opened hobby boxes and packs are not eligible except for defect, wrong item, or damage in transit. There is no restocking fee.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, Shopify emails a tracking number when one is available. Tracking is not created until the package is handed to the carrier (handling time is 1–3 business days). If you cannot find that email, use the Track your order page.
How do I cancel an order?
If the order has not shipped, use the Cancel your order page. There is no cancellation fee. If it has already shipped, the Returns & Refunds policy applies.
