Cancel your order

Use this page to request cancellation of a Steel Harbor order that has not yet shipped.

When we can cancel

We can cancel an order if it has not yet been fulfilled (packed and handed to the carrier). There is no cancellation fee. If we cancel, we refund the original payment method for the amount charged.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it in transit. You may return eligible unopened product under the Returns & Refunds policy (30 days from delivery, no restocking fee).

How to request a cancellation

Submit the form on this page, or email contact@mulligangames.com with your order number.
We confirm whether the order is still in handling (1–3 business days) or already shipped.
If it has not shipped, we cancel it and refund you. If it has shipped, we will say so and point you to returns.

We reply to cancellation requests within 1 business day. Do not send payment card numbers by email or through this form.
