What does Steel Harbor sell?

Original illustrated collectible cards in sealed hobby boxes, collector boxes, and packs. The current line is Signal Series Year One.

Is this Pokémon, sports, or another licensed brand?

No. Signal Series is an original Steel Harbor set. It is not affiliated with any other card publisher, sports league, or character franchise.

What do I receive when I order?

Exactly what the product page lists: pack count, cards per pack, and any boxed extras (the Elite Box includes one numbered plate and one Harbor Light insert). You do not receive a guaranteed chase card in other products.

Do you guarantee a rare card, a PSA 10, or a profit?

No. We do not guarantee dollar value, grades, or that every pack contains a chase card.

How do shipping and returns work?

We ship to the United States. Handling time is 1–3 business days. Standard transit to the contiguous US is 3–7 business days after shipment (estimated total delivery 4–10 business days). Standard shipping is $6.99, or free on orders of $75.00 or more. See the Shipping Policy.

Unopened, factory-sealed product may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Opened packs and boxes are not returnable except for defect, wrong item, or damage in transit. See Returns & Refunds.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, Shopify emails a tracking number when one is available. If you cannot find that email, use the Track your order page.

How do I cancel an order?

If the order has not shipped, use the Cancel your order page. There is no cancellation fee. If it has already shipped, the Returns & Refunds policy applies.
