Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from the Steel Harbor online store operated by Mulligan Games. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

This is a working draft for a US store. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it as your final legal document.

The products

We sell original Steel Harbor collectible cards and sealed boxes. Products are described on each product page, including pack counts, card counts, and production ratios. Production ratios are not a promise that any one pack or box will contain a specific card unless the listing states a box-level inclusion (for example, the Elite Box numbered plate and insert).

We do not sell licensed sports-league or character-franchise cards. We do not guarantee card value, investment performance, or third-party grades (including any grading service).

Orders and pricing

Prices are displayed on the product page and confirmed at Shopify Checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. If we cancel, we will refund amounts charged for that order.

Payment

Payment is collected at Shopify Checkout using the methods you enable in Shopify Admin (for example, Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, major credit cards). We do not take card payments by email.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in the Returns & Refunds policy. Those pages are part of these terms.

Age

Products are collectible paper goods, not toys, and are recommended for ages 15 and up. You represent that you are old enough to form a binding contract in your state.

Intellectual property

Steel Harbor, Signal Series, Harbor Circuit, Harbor Light, and related card artwork are original to us. You may not copy the artwork or branding for commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by US law, we are not liable for lost profits or collector-market value of cards. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue, except where prohibited.
