Use this page to find tracking for a Steel Harbor order placed on this website.

How tracking works

After you place an order, Shopify emails an order confirmation to the address used at checkout.
Handling time is 1–3 business days. Tracking is created when the package is handed to the carrier, not at checkout.
When the order ships, Shopify sends a shipping confirmation. If a tracking number is available, it is in that email.

If you have a customer account, sign in to view your orders. If you cannot find the shipping email, submit the form on this page with the email you used at checkout and your order number. We reply within 1 business day.
